At Abharana Kakal, we are committed to providing a supportive and seamless experience for all our participants. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for services booked through https://abharanakakal.com.

By booking any of our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. 🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Sound Healing Sessions

1.1 Cancellation by Participant

  • More than 24 hours before the scheduled session:You are eligible to either:Reschedule the session to a mutually convenient time, orReceive a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session:No refund will be issued.Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

1.2 No-Show Policy

  • If a participant fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

1.3 Cancellation by Abharana Kakal

  • In the rare event that a session is canceled or rescheduled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergencies, or technical issues), participants will be offered:A full refund, orThe option to reschedule the session.

2. 📦 Session Packages (e.g., 5, 10, or 15 Classes)

  • Session packages are non-transferable and intended for use by the individual who made the purchase.
  • Packages are non-refundable once the first session has been utilized.
  • Any unused sessions must be completed within the validity period communicated at the time of purchase (typically 2–3 months unless otherwise specified).
  • Extensions to the validity period may be granted only under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

3. 🌿 Workshops & Retreats

3.1 Cancellation by Participant

  • 30 days or more before the start date:Eligible for a 100% refund, excluding payment gateway or processing charges.
  • 15 to 29 days before the start date:Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before the start date:No refund will be issued.

3.2 Transfer of Booking

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another person or to a future retreat/workshop, subject to approval and availability.

3.3 Cancellation by Abharana Kakal

  • If a workshop or retreat is canceled by us due to insufficient registrations, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:A full refund, orThe option to transfer the booking to a future event.

3.4 Travel and Accommodation

  • For retreats, participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Abharana Kakal is not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred due to cancellations or changes.

4. 💻 Online Sessions – Technical Issues

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for attending online sessions.
  • Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions due to technical issues on the participant’s side.
  • If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a rescheduled session or a full refund.

5. 🎧 Digital Products & Downloadable Content

  • All purchases of pre-recorded courses, guided meditations, audio files, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been downloaded.
  • If you experience any issues accessing the content, please contact us, and we will provide prompt assistance.

6. 💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days, and the amount should reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank and Razorpay’s processing timelines.
  • Any payment gateway or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

7. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be limited to a reasonable number of requests.
  • Repeated rescheduling may not be permitted at our discretion.

8. ⚠️ Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation shall be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Political unrest
  • Acts of God

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer rescheduling or credit for future services.
