2. 🌐 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

3. 👤 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book services independently.
Participants under 18 years of age may attend sessions only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking and payment.

4. 📅 Services & Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any session, workshop, or retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Details such as duration, pricing, and inclusions will be clearly specified on the respective service pages.

5. 💳 Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
We do not store your card or payment details.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic confirmation and receipt via email.
By making a payment, you also agree to the terms and policies of Razorpay.

6. 🔄 Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

6.1 Yoga & Sound Healing Sessions

More than 24 hours before the session: Eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund; rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

6.2 Session Packages

Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once the first session has been utilized.
Packages must be used within the validity period communicated at the time of purchase.

6.3 Workshops & Retreats

30 days or more before the event: Full refund (excluding payment gateway charges, if applicable).
15–29 days before the event: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
If the event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

6.4 Digital Products

All pre-recorded courses, downloadable materials, and audio content are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

6.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to Razorpay’s processing timelines.

7. 🔁 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session and are subject to availability.
Frequent rescheduling may be limited at our discretion.

8. 🩺 Health & Medical Disclaimer

Our services are intended for wellness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participants are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new physical or wellness program.
By participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit and will inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations.
Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Abharana Kakal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.
We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from misuse of information or failure to follow instructions.
For online sessions, we are not liable for disruptions caused by technical or internet-related issues on the participant’s side.

10. 📹 Intellectual Property

All content on https://abharanakakal.com, including text, images, logos, videos, audio recordings, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Abharana Kakal.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.
Recording or sharing online sessions without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

11. 💻 Online Sessions

Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for participation.
Access links for online sessions are personal and must not be shared.
Unauthorized sharing may result in termination of access without a refund.

12. 🔐 Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

13. 📢 Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, participants agree to:

Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.
Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
Follow all instructions provided during sessions.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone violating this code of conduct, without a refund.

Our website may include links to third-party platforms, including Razorpay for payment processing. We are not responsible for the content or policies of these external services.

15. 🛠️ Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. ⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
